What is your current turn around time?

After you purchase 25 or more SIGNATURE COLLECTION invitations, a HUMAN professional designer creates one FREE digital proof and emails it to you in about 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday = Business Days). After you approve, print time is about 2-3 weeks. Plan ahead, check out our studio schedule for days we will be closed.

 

 

Do you accept credit card payment?

We sure do! We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express!

 

 

How do I order?

You can order by clicking on the pricing in bold or by clicking on the "" button. Our website and shopping cart is secure and checked daily!

 

 

 

When do you charge my credit card?

After you order we charge your credit card $100.00. After you approve your proof to print, we deduct the $100.00. If for some reason you cancel your order after your proof is created, the $100.00 is nonrefundable.

 

 

Do I get a FREE proof? If so when will I receive it?

After we charge your credit card $100.00, in about 2-3 business days we create a FREE DIGITAL PROOF and send it to you via email. We allow 2 FREE PROOFS. If you need a 3rd proof allow about 1 week and the additional charge is $20.00.

 

 

 

Can I make changes to my proof? What is the cost for changes?

The first 2 proofs are FREE. If you make changes and require a 3rd proof the cost is $20.00. Changes can take about 1 week due to orders already in-house. Plan ahead.

 

 

 

Can you ship me the actual card proof after I order and pay in full?

Yes, you can pay an additional shipping fee of $12.00 we can ship your proof to the 48 contiguous United States via FedEX third business day (Monday - Friday). Just note this in your order. If you live outside the 48 contiguous United States, the shipping cost is more. Ask for a quote by emailing us your shipping address.

 

 

 

 

I don't live in the USA, can I buy your wedding stationery?

We are delighted to work with all clients worldwide! We are ONLY fluent in English. Shipping starts at $60.00+ US dollars for orders shipped outside of the USA. We request you email us your street address for shipping, the invites you want and the quantity, and we will give you a quote. Allow about 5 business days for shipping. What is the Signature Collection (personalized and printed) minimum?

Can I buy ONE generic / not personalized sample before I order?

Yes, go to the "Samples" link to order a PRINTABLE SAMPLE PACK, SAVE THE DATE or a SIGNATURE COLLECTION sample.

 

 

 

Oh my I didn't plan ahead, now I am behind! Can I rush my signature collection order?

Due to our already FAST turn around time, we do not offer same day services.

 

 

What if I have to cancel my order after I approved via email? Do I get a full refund?

No. If you have to cancel your order after you approved to print (no matter the reason) you will not receive a refund of any type.

 

 

Do I need to give my approval to print my order?

Yes ! Before we print, we need YOUR OFFICIAL FINAL APPROVAL via email. You will be given instructions on how to approve via email. PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO ( 330) 606-8274 TO CONFIRM WE RECEIVED YOUR APPROVAL WITHIN 24 HOURS. Thank you!

 

 

How long does it take to print and hand-tailor my order after I approve?

After we receive your OFFICIAL final approval, your invites + coordinating stationery are printed in about 2-3 weeks! Then your entire stationery order will ship and arrive in 1-3 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. ( In a hurry... What if I received my order and I'm not satisfied?

After you receive your order look over and inspect EVERY piece. If for some reason you are not satisfied contact us within 48 hours. We will then assess the situation as soon as possible. If you contact us after the 48 hours we can not accept your request for a refund of any type.
