I live in another country can I buy your American wedding stationery?
As of February 19, 2008 ... We ONLY work with the USA and CANADA at this time. We are ONLY fluent in English. Shipping starts at $60.00+ US dollars for orders shipping to Canada.
  
Do you accept credit card payment?
We sure do! We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express! 
Can I buy a sample?
Yes, go to the "Samples" link to order a PRINTABLE SAMPLE PACK, SAVE THE DATE or a SIGNATURE COLLECTION sample.
How do I order?

What is the Signature Collection (personalized and printed) minimum?
You must buy 25 [e.g., 25 invitations, 25 reply cards, etc.] AND you must have a subtotal minimum of $250.00. So let's say you buy 25 colorful sunset invitations at $75.00, you will then need to buy additional product for $175.00 to meet the $250.00 subtotal minimum. The subtotal minimum must be met on EACH order you place with My Personal Artist. For instance you buy in May 2007 then want to by from our Signature Collection again in August, you must meet the NEW subtotal minimum of $250.00. on a budget? enjoy printable invitations >>

Do I get a proof?
Yes! Of course. In about 2 weeks (or less) after you submit your order, we create ONE INVITE PROOF and SHIP via FedEX third business day (m-f) for you to SEE in person. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE USA, A PROOF IS SENT VIA EMAIL ONLY NOT VIA FEDEX. IF YOU MUST HAVE A PROOF SHIPPED IT IS additional $50.00.
What if I have changes to my proof? Are they FREE?
Uhmmm... A very wise man [my wise father] once told me... NOTHING is for FREE in life.
Changes with your approval to print are included. BUT changes with ANOTHER proof via email or FedEX is NOT FREE. The cost is $50.00. We have to pay our layout artist to sit down and make your changes, use more material then email OR prepare your FedEX proof. Changes can take one month or more to make! Time is money. When should I start my handmade + customized invitation order with my personal artist?
For custom handmade invitations, the "NORM" is 3 - 4 months before you want the in your hands. Please plan ahead.
Oh my I didn't plan ahead, now I am behind! Can I rush my signature collection order?
You can RUSH your signature collection order for an additional $250.00 fee. After we create your proof, we charge you the rush fee plus $100.00. Then only the $100.00 is deducted from your total. RUSH order proofs are created in about 1-2 business days (instead of 5 business days) then shipped out via FedEX next day. After you approve your RUSH order is printed and hand-tailored in 1 week instead of 2-3 weeks! Wahlaa... hopefully we saved the day! If not buy our printable invitations! They leave our studio in 1 week.
When is my credit card charged?
After we create your proof. We charge your credit card $100.00 up front, this fee is NONREFUNDABLE and covers some of our time, shipping and supplies for your proof sample. After your approval is received the remaining total will be charged to your card when your order prints/ships. If you have requested a $250.00 RUSH we charge you $350.00 to create your proof. Then only the $100.00 is deducted from your total.
Do I need to give my approval to print my order?
Yes indeedy! Before we print, we need YOUR OFFICIAL FINAL APPROVAL via email! NO if's and's or but's!!
After receiving your personalized, custom SIGNATURE COLLECTION proof via FedEX, proofread all your text carefully ... EMAIL US [approval@my-personal-artist.com] YOUR APPROVAL TO PRINT / MAKE CHANGES AND PRINT / MAKE CHANGES SHIP ANOTHER PROOF :
If you APPROVE AS IS, type your approval email like so:
“ I have proofread all text carefully. I APPROVE OUR PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM STATIONERY SAMPLE YOU SENT TO US. PLEASE SEND TO PRINT! I understand there are no returns on my custom printed order. I also understand it takes about 2-3 weeks to print and hand-tailor my order."
If you APPROVE W/ CHANGES, NO NEW PROOF, type email like so:
" I have proofread all text carefully. I REQUIRE CHANGES TO OUR PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM STATIONERY SAMPLE YOU SENT TO US. Please make these changes: [type in changes]. AFTER MAKING THESE CHANGES PLEASE SEND TO PRINT! I understand there will be NO 2nd PROOF SENT TO ME and there are no returns on my custom printed order. I also understand it takes about 2-3 weeks to print and hand-tailor my order."
If you APPROVE W/ CHANGES + WANT A NEW PROOF, type email like so:
" I have proofread all text carefully. I REQUIRE CHANGES TO OUR PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM STATIONERY SAMPLE YOU SENT TO US. I WANT A NEW PROOF SENT BEFORE PRINTING. PLEASE make these changes: [type in changes]. I UNDERSTAND YOU WILL CHARGE MY CARD $50.00 FOR THIS NEW PROOF. AFTER MAKING THESE CHANGES PLEASE EMAIL OR SEND ANOTHER PROOF VIA FEDEX! I understand changes can take 2 more weeks."
How long does it take to print and handtailor my order after I approve?
After we receive your OFFICIAL approval, your invites + coordinating stationery are printed in about 2-3 weeks! Then your entire stationery order will ship and arrive in 1-3 business days AFTER we print and hand-tailor your order in 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method you choose. ( in a hurry... When should I send out my invitations?
You should mail your invites out 2 months before your wedding day! For parties mail out at least 1 month before the party. be sure to give yourself 2 weeks to address your envelopes! Remember to PLAN ahead!
