ORDER
After you find the perfect invitation in our Signature Collection Wedding Invitations, add all of the stationery items you want to your shopping bag. Our pricing does give you a discount the more you buy. Pricing subject to change at any time before you place you order. Our minimum order is 25 invitations. We do not require you to buy in increments of 25. If you need 37, only order 37. Please submit your order online using our shopping cart system to help us stay organized and to ensure we meet all deadlines. If the invite you would love does not have an order button, email Michelle@MyPersonalArtist.com and she will add an order button for you right away!
CUSTOMIZE YOUR DESIGN
Change the artwork (brand new made-from-scratch art costs additional), ink color, fonts, card size, add a bow, add torn edging, swarovski crystals, and more!
FREE PROOF PREVIEW
Three business days after you order, we create a digital proof preview for you to see via email and approve. Add graphic designer James@MyPersonalArtist.com to your address book, this way when he sends your proof to you via email it will come through properly. No worries, you get to see a total of 3 digital proof previews for free before printing! So proof carefully and feel free to make any changes after your first proof.
PRINTING
After you approve via email, we charge the remaining total and then print and hand-tailor (tear edges, hand-tie bows, hand fold, etc.) your order in about 7-10 business days (M-F). Rush orders are welcome.*
PAYMENT
Our shopping cart system only transmits your order and credit card information to us securely. Your card is NOT charged when you send in your order. We manually charge your card 50% after we receive your order. This charge covers most supplies and our time. AFTER you give us your approval via email to print, we charge the remaining 50%. If you must cancel your order before or after seeing a proof the 50% is nonrefundable. After your order is printed and shipped the full amount is nonrefundable due to the handmade custom nature of our wedding stationery.
*RUSH PRINTING
You can rush your order printing (digital press printing only, NO pocket folders or boxes.) for a fee of $175.00. This will expedite the printing process time to 3-5 business days instead of the full 10 business days. Shipping time additional. Next day shipping will cost additional. Boxed invitations or invitations with special ribbon, cardstock etc. are subject to rush approval.
CUSTOM-MADE BRAND NEW PERSONALIZED DESIGNS
Made-from-scratch custom invitation and stationery design service is available. To work one-on-one with Michelle Mospens, artist and graphic designer, you must begin contacting her about 6 months before your wedding day. You can start by emailing her your budget, stationery needed, art and/or design direction, quantity needed, deadline you need the stationery in your hands. Michelle@MyPersonalArtist.com She will then let you know if she can meet your deadline and accept your order. No work will be started without a quote approval and order ticket submitted.
