Is 'my personal artist' an eco-friendly business?
We offer 100% recycled paper + envelopes upon request, no additional charges. Our Signature Collection cardstock is manufactured with 100% wind power and 30% recycled content. Our letterpress paper is tree free, 100% cotton. We recycle all scraps daily at a local school which contribute to planting several trees on the school grounds. We email proofs instead of printing and shipping them, unless otherwise requested. We plant a tree in honor of each client we are blessed to work with.
Can I buy a sample?
Yes, go to the "Samples" link to order a PRINTABLE SAMPLE PACK, SAVE THE DATE or a SIGNATURE COLLECTION sample.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for the SIGNATURE COLLECTION is 25 invitations. Our PRINTABLE COLLECTION and shopping cart minimum is 25 invitations also.
Can I use my own wording?
YES! Of course!!! Maybe you wrote your very own text. Wonderful! Just send via email, an actual email letter NO attached files please. But if you need help with your wording see: wedding invitation wording

How do you ship?
FedEX is used for shipping. It is recommended to have your package delivered to your place or work or where you will be during the day so that YOU can receive your package in-hand. You must keep an eye out for your package. It is YOUR responsibility. We are not responsible for damaged, lost and/or stolen packages.
Can I order by phone?
YES! Mindi, our assistant, will be delighted to assist you with your order! Call 330.606.8274 ... if Mindi is assisting another client or busy hand-tailoring a custom order... please leave a message, she will return your call as soon as possible. Or email us! Just say "call me! I want to order!". We will call you during the business day!
How long does it take to receive my PRINTABLE COLLECTION order?
In house process time is now 1 week [monday-friday]. Then add on your shipping selection.
How long does it take to receive my SIGNATURE COLLECTION order?
This turn around time varies due to the high demand of Michelle and James' work. Click here for current turn around time!
Do you have a printed catalog?
Our "Catalog" is online. We do not print a paper catalog. Michelle is constantly painting and adding brand new designs! Our online catalog accurately displays the designs NOW available.

When should I order and mail my wedding invitations out?
It is best to order your wedding stationery as soon as you know your ceremony and reception location OR 6-9 months in advance as recently published in InStyle Weddings Magazine. Be sure to give yourself 2 weeks to hand write all of your guest addresses and names on your envelopes! Mail 2 months before your wedding.
Do you need payment before you print?
Your credit card is charged after we create your proof and/or when your order ships and/or when you approve of your PERSONALIZED/PRINTED stationery.
I live in another country can I buy your American wedding stationery?
We off our services to with the USA, UK and CANADA at this time. We are ONLY fluent in English. For orders shipping to Canada or the UK shipping costs start at $60.00+ US dollars.
Do you accept credit card payment? 
We sure do! We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express!
Do you sell your artwork on a disk for everyone to use?
No.
Do you sell your ORIGINAL watercolor paintings?
Not at this time.
