Can I buy a sample?
Absolutely!!! We want you to see and feel our cardstock in person! Just go to the design page you love and "click" on order sample. If you want to call to order, no worries! Just email michelle@mypersonalartist.com to set up a phone consult today!
How long does it take to receive my SIGNATURE COLLECTION order?
As of today, our SIGNATURE COLLECTION turn around time is as follows:
• After you order, a proof is created by a professional designer and emailed to you in about 3 business days.
• If you make changes to your proof, please allow 2-3 business days for changes to be made by a designer.
• After you approve, your order is printed in 7-10 business days.
• After printing, shipping takes 1-5 days depending on your location.

When should I order and mail my wedding invitations out?
It is best to order your wedding stationery as soon as you know your ceremony and reception location OR 4 months in advance. Be sure to give yourself 2 weeks to hand write all of your guest addresses and names on your envelopes! Mail 2 months before your wedding.
Do you need payment before you print?
Your credit card is charged after we create your proof and/or when your order ships and/or when you approve of your PERSONALIZED/PRINTED stationery.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for our WEDDING INVITATIONS is 25 invitations.
Do you ship to Australia/London/Hong Kong/Ireland/Philippines?
Absolutely! We do ship worldwide. Email us what you would like to order, the quantity, and your shipping address for a quote. We are ONLY fluent in English. International orders cost $65.00+ US dollars to ship. Wedding invitations and stationery shipped outside of the USA are subject to additional customs and sale tax charges. My Personal Artist is not responsible for these charges.
Can I order by phone?
We do prefer you use our online shopping cart to order. This helps us stay organized and meet our deadlines in a professional manner. However, if you want to email your order with your shipping and billing addresses, we can call for your credit card number. Please keep in mind this will add a few business days to your process time especially during wedding season. If you can't find an order button for the invite you love, just email us, we will add it right away! Hello@MyPersonalArtist.com
How long does it take to receive my D.I.Y. INVITATION PAPER order?
In house process time is about 3 business days [monday-friday]. Then add on your shipping selection.
Can I use my own text/wording?
YES! Of course!!! Maybe you wrote your very own text. Wonderful! Just send via email, an actual email letter NO attached files please. But if you need help with your wording see: wedding invitation wording
How do you ship?
FedEX is used for shipping. Ground shipping can take 1-5 days depending on your location. It is recommended to have your package delivered to your place or work or where you will be during the day so that YOU can receive your package in-hand. You must keep an eye out for your package. We are not responsible for damaged, lost and/or stolen packages. We've been working closely with FedEX for over 13 years. We are confident you will have no worries!
Do you have a printed catalog?
Our "Catalog" is online. We do not print a paper catalog. Michelle is constantly painting and adding brand new designs! Our online catalog accurately displays the designs NOW available.
Do I get a proof to see my SIGNATURE COLLECTION Invite in hand before you print?
Absolutely!
Do you accept credit card payment? 
We sure do! We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express!
Do you sell your artwork for everyone to use as clip art?
No. Then we wouldn't be able to feed our son.
Do you sell your ORIGINAL watercolor paintings?
Maybe, hit me up!
