PRINTABLE COLLECTION

BLANK INVITE Orders ~ Minimum 25 cards . Allow about 1 week [monday-friday] for us to process your order. RUSH orders are available for this collection for additional $30.00. Just add note in order instruction area: "ADD $30.00 BLANK INVITE RUSH CHARGE" James will then prepare your shipment to leave our studio in ONLY 2 business days! [if purchasing bottle labels allow two days AFTER your approval] If for some reason you have to send your order back to us due to a cancellation of your event or other reason, you can do so by paying a 40% restocking fee and you pay for the shipping [we are NOT responsible for lost packages]. ALL pieces must be returned with absolutely NO damage. Once we receive your package we will look over carefully and decide if we accept it. If we accept the merchandise in great condition it can take up to 30 days to refund your money via the credit card you used to purchase your order with. YOUR CARD IS NOT CHARGED RIGHT NOW, YOUR CARD IS CHARGED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPS!

Upgrading shipping options does NOT change the time it takes to PROCESS your order in-house. My Personal Artist uses FedEX carrier to ship most orders. Samples are shipped using FedEX. My Personal Artist does not guarantee any shipping service/carrier. My Personal Artist is NOT responsible for floods, etc. that could interrupt the shipping service. My Personal Artist is NOT responsible for any stolen, lost and/or damaged orders due to the the selected carrier. Have your package shipped TO YOU, SO YOU RECEIVE IN YOUR HANDS, IN PERSON. NOT LEFT AT YOUR DOORSTEP. If your package is stolen, lost or damaged you must contact the carrier / FedEX as My Personal Artist is NOT responsible.

 

RECIEVING YOUR SHIPMENT ~ Check your entire package to ensure all pieces are there, count all cards. You must call us in 3 business days to let us know of ANY issues you may have in the 3 day time.

final approval

Orders will not be printed without your final approval email! My Personal Artist is not responsible for any mistakes found after the printing process. You are taking full responsibility for the contents (i.e. text) of the personalized stationery/artwork. Be sure to proof your text carefully before submitting your final approval. AGAIN no refunds on personalized items you have approved. If you make a request to "stop the presses" Michelle does not guarantee this is possible. If you've made your FINAL APPROVAL James and Michelle may have sent the order to print. Any changes made after your final approval will be subject to extra charges. Final approvals are for approving your art before printing. Because of this, returns are not allowed. If you make changes during your final approval via fax, changes could take at least one week to be made. That is why final text is necessary when your art is created.

 

refuse service

My Personal Artist reserves the right to refuse service at any time to exsisting clients or potential clients due to current work load, deadlines, etc. My Personal Artist does NOT give free design consultation nor do we give away free samples! Nor do we personalize samples.

 

shipping

My Personal Artist uses FedEX carrier to ship most orders. Samples are shipped using FedEX Express or FedEX International. My Personal Artist does not guarantee any shipping service/carrier. My Personal Artist is NOT responsible for floods, etc. that could interrupt the shipping service. My Personal Artist is NOT responsible for any stolen, lost and/or damaged orders due to the the selected carrier. If your package is stolen, lost or damaged you must contact the carrier / FedEX as My Personal Artist is NOT responsible. International orders, YOU are responsible for ALL taxes, custom charges that occur during shipping. We have NO control or idea of the total of charges you will have to pay.

*Business days for shipping is = Monday - Friday, does not include holidays.

 

payments

Payment of your order can be made using MasterCard, Discover, American Express or VISA. Checks are NOT accepted as of December 9, 2002. All payments can be made via mail or fax. We charge your credit card after your approval to print and before we ship your product. Our shopping cart system only takes your payment information and stores it on a secure server which we go to and print out. We then plug your payment into our machine like you see at a brick-and-mortar store.

 

cancellations

Email us if you need to cancel your order. A $100.00 fee is charged for canceling your SIGNATURE COLLECTION order. This fee covers some of our time and material we used on your order.

 

returns

Any returns must be made within 48 hours of reciept.

SIGNATURE COLLECTION ORDERS - If you find a mistake after receiving your order, and it was apparent on your final approval which you approved, it is your responsibility and not that of My Personal Artist/Michelle/James. Due to the truly custom nature and personalization of each piece there are no returns. However if you need a reprint we can do this for you immediately, just resubmit your order and pay in full again.

And if necessary the necessary papers will be drawn up. It is never to be assumed that the client owns out right any artwork created by Michelle. Michelle creates and designs all art herself she is the owner. The rights the client has is solely for use of invitations/cards.

The opinions via email and suggestions or links provided within this site by Michelle are of her opinions. She is a designer / illustrator and not a medical professional.
